• Automated sending of user emails at 5 separate stages of donation funnel using ActionMailer and MailChimp with Ruby on Rails to reach 1.5 million previous customers, leading to 4% conversion rate.
• Wrote Rspec tests for our app's rewards point calculation to ensure rewards $ were allocated correctly; $40,000 in donation kickback rewards were distributed over 2018 holiday season.
